My husband and I had been working with another agent for quite some time while we lived in Hawaii but since we moved to Germany we felt the agent no longer believed we were serious buyers. Frustrated and bit pessimistic I happened to check the Hawaii MLS listings. To my amazement the home I had always had my eye on, was up for sale.
