Please do NOT visit HNL Lab Medicine Patient Locations if you have COVID-19 symptoms or are under quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure.
HNL Lab Medicine Patient Locations are not COVID-19 symptomatic testing sites.

If you have a known exposure to COVID-19, but you don't have any symptoms (asymptomatic) and have a prescription from your healthcare provider please visit one of our Patient Centers for COVID-19 Pre-Procedure and Known Exposure Testing Site with No COVID-19 Symptoms.

COVID-19 Testing when you have symptoms
Clearance testing for work, school or travel
Testing for family and holiday gatherings when you do not have symptoms
HNL Lab Medicine is not offering COVID-19 clearance testing at our Patient Centers due to resource constraints. The availability of this type testing may change in conjunction with availability of resources and CDC recommendations. Clearance testing includes the testing of people who are asymptomatic (do not have symptoms), do not have a significant exposure to the virus and require clearance through COVID-19 testing for work, school or travel.
Where to get clearance testing
COVID-19 clearance testing is available at local pharmacies such as CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens. Patients are advised to call their local pharmacy for additional information. Patients may receive a bill based on their insurance coverage.
