Homebound patients should contact their provider to receive HNL @Home-Homebound services! 

How it Works

1. Schedule an Appointment 

To schedule an appointment, simply fill out the form below. 
HNL @Home – Concierge requires a $25 dollar mobile phlebotomy fee. 

2. A Phlebotomist Comes to Your Home to Complete Your Lab Work

One of our caring and experienced phlebotomists will come to your home with everything they need to collect your sample. 

3. View Your Test Results Online

Visit MyHNLAccess to get your results quickly on any phone, tablet, or computer right from the comfort of your own home! 

Most test results are ready within 24 hours. We will send you a text or email when your results are ready.

HNL @Home - Concierge Appointment Availability

HNL @Home - Concierge appointments are available: 

  • Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
  • Saturday - Sunday: 8 a.m. to 12 noon 
  • No Service on Holidays 

Once your appointment is confirmed, one of our mobile phlebotomy team members will visit your home during your appointment time. Please note, this service is only available in the following counties:

  • Berks County 
  • Bucks County 
  • Carbon County 
  • Lackawanna County 
  • Lehigh County
  • Luzerne County 
  • Monroe County 
  • Northampton County 
  • Schuylkill County 

A convenience fee of $25 for non-medically homebound patients applies. VISA/Mastercard/Discover are accepted.
