Maria L. Foster, MBASenior Vice President , Sales and Marketing/Chief Customer Experience Officer
As Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Chief Customer Experience Officer, Maria Foster leads the organization's externally facing customer experience teams, which includes sales, inside sales, customer care, technical support, sales support, and marketing. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has focused her efforts on innovating and growing the organization's brand and commercial capabilities, so healthcare professionals and patients have the best experience, service, and support possible.
Ms. Foster has a proven track record of building businesses and achieving success in leadership positions with companies of all sizes. Her past roles include Worldwide Director, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (a former Johnson & Johnson company), Vice President, Commercial Operations for EraGen Biosciences (a venture-backed molecular diagnostics company) and President/CEO, White Bridge Associates (the New Jersey-based consulting firm she founded in 2007.
While at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, she led the strategic development and first to market deployment of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing into clinical laboratories resulting in her being twice awarded the Johnson & Johnson's prestigious Standard of Leadership Award. She also has successfully launched the first FDA approved HSV molecular diagnostics test, the first fully automated molecular diagnostic system, and the first bidirectional/host query random access immunoassay analyzer.
Ms. Foster earned her BBA in Marketing and Accounting from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN, and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing trained.
