Kathrine O’Brien is a retired consumer marketing executive who spent 34 years at Unilever, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Skin Care and Marketing Services, and a member of the company’s North American Leadership Team.

Ms. O’Brien earned a bachelor’s degree at Boston College and a master’s degree in business administration at Columbia University. She has been responsible for building brand equity and executing brand activation plans for Dove, the leading personal wash brand in the U.S. She has led programs that helped Dove achieve its goal of reaching twenty million girls with self-esteem programming. She has been honored as the Cosmetic Executive Woman Achiever.

Ms. O’Brien also serves on the boards of directors at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Cosmetic Executive Women and AMAG Pharmaceuticals.
