HNL Lab Medicine Expands Executive Leadership Team; Appoints Kim Delaney First VP of Sales and Brian Fanning First VP of Patient Experience
HNL Lab Medicine, a regional leader in high quality, innovative laboratory medicine services, announces the promotion of two senior leaders within the company to new executive roles.
Kim Delaney transitions from her role as director of sales to become the company’s first vice president of sales. She brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare sales and sales management to her new position.
Delaney’s responsibilities include integrating the call center into the sales organization to support existing clients and transforming the sales team in the targeting of new business opportunities. Delaney and her team will accomplish this through improved technology, operational enhancements and partnering with lab operations to offer innovative testing capabilities. Follow Kim
Brian Fanning joins the organization’s executive team as its first vice president of patient experience. Fanning spent the first 10 years of his career in accounting and finance before moving into healthcare product marketing for the past 15 years.
Fanning will lead HNL Lab Medicine’s new patient service center business division, which encompasses the organization’s more than 60 patient service centers, including phlebotomy services. In this role, Fanning is responsible for its overall management, operations and financial performance in this role. Follow Brian
