Warren Erdmann as Chief Clinical Lab Officer
HNL Lab Medicine, a regional leader in high quality, innovative laboratory medicine services, announces the appointment of Warren Erdmann as its first chief clinical lab officer and newest member of its executive team.
Erdmann will lead the company’s clinical operations team and work closely with Dan Brown, M.D., HNL Lab Medicine’s chief medical officer and pathology department chairman, to introduce and leverage new technologies to enhance efficiencies in laboratory workflow.
Erdmann joined HNL Lab Medicine as interim vice president of clinical laboratory operations in June, bringing more than 20 years of experience in scaling laboratory infrastructure and operations to his new role.
Recognized as a strategic business partner, strong leader, and effective change manager, Erdmann was an executive and successfully ran day-to-day operations at BioReference Laboratories Inc., a multi-disciplinary healthcare organization, and more recently held an assignment at Genesis Healthcare. He has extensive experience in creating and leading teams that provide exceptional service and achieve cost and productivity goals.
“Warren’s proven track record and success in the laboratory industry is a perfect fit for HNL Lab Medicine’s anticipated growth in the coming years,” said Martin Till, HNL Lab Medicine’s new president and CEO. “Warren has been essential to our 2022 planning while refining our clinical operational leadership structure, prioritizing clinical initiatives and focusing our efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.”
“I’m honored to join HNL Lab Medicine and look forward to continuing to work with this dedicated team committed to putting patient care front and center,” Erdmann said.
