Health Care Benefits Plan
We understand how important health and wellness is to you and your family. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and cost-effective health care benefits plan. HNL Lab Medicine employees are offered a selection of two different medical plans, two levels of dental coverage and two levels of vision coverage. Employees can choose the healthcare plan that best fits their lifestyle; a standard low-deductible PPO plan with the option of two flex spending accounts (FSA) or a high-deductible plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that provides greater flexibility and investment opportunities.
Employee premium rates are determined based on the level of coverage selected as well as annual base salary ranges. Enrolled employees and their dependents will be eligible for benefits as of the first of the month following the initial 30 days of employment. Part-time employees that are regularly scheduled to work 16 hours or more per week are also eligible for health care benefits.
