Check-in for service at any of our Patient Centers from your mobile phone or desktop device before entering our facility.

 

Remote Check-In Steps

We encourage you to use our Online Check-in when you arrive to promote social distancing. To check in online Visit HNL.com/Locations


Scroll to the listing of your testing location and click “check-in".
Enter your name, mobile number, reason for your visit and click “check-in.”
You will receive a text message notifying you that you’ve successfully checked in.
Wait in the comfort of your vehicle or another nearby location. You will receive a text message notifying you when your phlebotomist is ready for you.

Check-In with Your Name, Mobile Number and Reason for Your Visit.

Confirm Your Arrival

Upon arrival at the Patient Center, Reply 1 to the text message to receive a confirmation message.  The Phlebotomists will then send a text when they are ready to see you.
