HNL Lab Medicine Sets Record with Reputation 800 Awards

At HNL Lab Medicine, our commitment to exceptional patient care is more than a goal, it’s the standard we hold ourselves to every single day. We are thrilled to announce that this year, HNL Lab Medicine has earned more Reputation 800 Awards than ever before, with 12 of our Patient Service Centers (PSCs) receiving this prestigious recognition.

What is the Reputation 800 Award?

The Reputation 800 Award recognizes businesses that achieve a Reputation Score of 800 or higher on a scale of 0–1,000.  This score reflects how patients experience and engage with our services online, based on several key factors, including:

  • Review sentiment and volume
  • Response rate to patient feedback
  • Search impressions and visibility
  • Business listing accuracy

Earning a score of 800 or higher means our patients consistently recognize us for providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and that recognition is something we take great pride in.

A Record-Breaking Year

HNL Lab Medicine has proudly received this recognition in previous years, but 2026 marks our biggest showing yet. This year, 12 of our locations earned the Reputation 800 Award, a milestone that speaks to the collective dedication of our teams across the organization.
