This year, HNL Lab Medicine has earned more Reputation 800 Awards than ever before, with 12 of its Patient Service Centers (PSCs) receiving this prestigious recognition.

What Is the Reputation 800 Award?


The Reputation 800 Award recognizes businesses that achieve a Reputation Score of 800 or higher on a scale of 0–1,000. This score reflects how patients experience and engage with services online, based on several key factors, including:

  • Response rate to patient feedback
  • Search impressions and visibility
  • Business listing accuracy
