Brian Fanning


Vice President of Patient Experience

Brian Fanning joined HNL Lab Medicine as the Director of Marketing in 2020, where he was responsible for leading the company's marketing initiatives and operations. Brian has a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Lehigh University. Brian spent the first 10 years of his career in accounting and finance before moving into healthcare product marketing for the past 15 years. Before joining HNL Lab Medicine, Brian worked in Product Management at B. Braun Medical Inc and Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where he oversaw the marketing and development of medical device products, from concept to post launch.

In November 2021, Brian accepted the role of Vice President of Patient Experience for HNL Lab Medicine. Brian is responsible for the growth and scale of the company's Patient Service Center (PSC) business division, including the overall management, operation, and financial performance of over 60 locations throughout Pennsylvania. 

Brian lives in Bethlehem Township with his wife and two teenage sons. When not at the office, he most likely can be found at a hockey rink watching his son’s play for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms Youth hockey organization, coaching, officiating or playing.
