Clinical Utility

Monitor antiadalimumab therapy for individuals with Crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, or other autoimmune conditions. This test provides adalimumab drug concentration levels as well as the level of antiadalimumab antibodies.

Collection Instructions
  1. Collect a gold top, serum separator tube via venipuncture.
Processing and Submission Instructions
  1. Allow a minimum clotting time of 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Separate serum from cells within two hours of collection.
  3. Transfer 1 mL of serum to a clear aliquot tube (screw cap).
