Collection Container: Lavender Top (EDTA)

Collection Instructions
  1. Collect 2 lavender top (EDTA) tubes via venipuncture.
Processing and Submission Instructions
  1. Freeze immediately after collection.
  2. Transport 4 mL of whole blood frozen in the original collection container.
  3.  To avoid delays in turnaround time when requesting multiple tests on frozen samples, please submit separate frozen specimens for each test requested.
