Molecular NGS Lung Panel. Includes both mutation and fusion analysis:

• BRAF Extended Mutation Analysis (All Hotspots, Exons 11,15)

• EGFR Mutation Analysis (Exons 18-21 Including T790M)

• ERBB2 Mutation Analysis (Exons 8, 17,19,20,21)

• KRAS Extended Mutation Analysis (All Hotspots, Exons 2-4)

Specimen Type: FFPE Block, unstained slides with matched H&E Slide
Processing and Submission Instructions
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue: Slides cut in the following order: 12 sections of 4μm unstained, 1 H&E, 10 sections of 10μm unstained, 1 H&E. Please take adequate precautions to prevent cross-contamination with other specimens during slide cutting and transport.
Transport Instructions
Transport to the laboratory at room temperature.

Causes for Rejection
Specimens with less than 10% tumor content will be rejected. Do not submit decalcified specimens, cytology smears or samples from hematologic malignancies.
