Expected Turnaround Time
3 - 14 days
Clinical Utility

The NGS Myeloid Cancer Panel is intended for use to help guide health care professionals in cancer treatment management for patients with myeloid disorders associated with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Myeloid Dysplastic Syndrome (MDS), Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPN) and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) in accordance with professional guidelines. The identification of genomic variants will identify patients who may benefit from treatment with specific FDA-approved targeted therapies, or in the use of other targeted oncology therapies. The results may also identify patient opportunities for participation in clinical trials.

Presence of FLT3-ITD or FLT3-TKD mutations in AML provide prognostic information, to aid in the determination of therapeutic regimen.
