The NGS Solid Tumor Assay is intended for use to help guide health care professionals in cancer treatment management for patients with various solid tumors in accordance with professional guidelines. The identification of genomic variants and key genomic signature biomarkers, including tumor mutation burden (TMB) and microsatellite instability (MSI), will identify patients who may benefit from treatment with specific FDA-approved targeted therapies, or in the use of other targeted oncology therapies. The results may also identify patient opportunities for participation in clinical trials. | ||||
