Collection Instructions

Prior to collection, check the expiration date on the Sample Bottle. Do not use if expired.
Follow instructions for collection on QC-Auto FIT-CHEK Kit package
Do not take test for 3 days before, during or after menstrual period
Do not take if you have bleeding hemorrhoids, blood in urine, or have strained during bowel movement
Do not collect specimen from under water

Transport Instructions

After placing specimen in the Sample Bottle, transport to the laboratory at room temperature.
